Made to order

Every item is made for you after you check out, so it isn't sitting on a shelf. Production usually takes 2 to 7 business days before your order ships.

Shipping

We ship to addresses in the United States. Standard shipping is $5.99 for the first item plus $2.00 for each additional item in the same order, and most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days of checkout.

You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Damaged, misprinted, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, with a printing or embroidery defect, or isn't what you ordered, we'll replace it or refund you at no cost.

Use the form below within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we'll take it from there. You won't need to send the item back.

Returns and exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, color, or fit. If you're unsure about anything, get in touch before you order and we'll help.

Cancellations

Orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, use the form below or call us right away; we'll cancel it for a full refund if production hasn't started.

Lost packages

If tracking shows your package delivered but you can't find it, or it hasn't moved in 10 business days, let us know and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
